- Turnaround Time: Our standard turnaround time is 8 to 24 hours after our team receives the payment. We will notify you promptly if more time is required for large or complex projects.
- Payment Methods: You can securely make your payment via PayPal, using either a credit/debit card or a PayPal account. After receiving your project plans and details, we will send you a detailed quote within 10 minutes, including a secure payment link, to proceed with the order.
- Confidentiality: We never disclose your project details and personal information to third parties without your consent. If you wish for your data to remain private, please inform us beforehand. Otherwise, we may use anonymized project data for marketing purposes, such as sample estimates or client testimonials.
- Customer Satisfaction: We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our drywall estimating services. In case of any queries or issues, please contact us directly for resolution. We encourage direct communication over third-party dispute resolutions, such as PayPal’s resolution center.
Drywall Cost Estimation Disclaimer
- Labor/Man Hours Count: Our labor cost estimates are based on the labor count you provide. Otherwise, they will not be included in the estimate unless explicitly requested.
- Cost Estimation Sources: We use industry-standard resources such as RSMeans or Craftsman National Building Cost Estimator to calculate labor and material costs. These estimates reflect average pricing and may not account for specific overhead, equipment costs, or region-specific pricing. If you have special pricing requests, please let us know in advance.
- Editable Estimates: The Excel estimate provided is fully editable, allowing you to make adjustments that align with your company’s specific needs and pricing structures.
- Scope Changes: Accurate and timely estimates depend on clear communication. Any changes or increases in the scope of work, additional drawings, or project details may affect both the cost and turnaround time. We recommend submitting high-quality drawings to ensure precise estimating.
Refund Policy
Submit the refund requests in writing. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you cancel your order after the estimate has been completed, a percentage of the payment will be deducted, and the remainder will be refunded. We also transfer full refunds after viewing your case.
Limitation of Liability
Our drywall estimates are intended to assist in project planning and budgeting. They are advisory in nature, and the final responsibility for verification and decision-making depends on the client. We are not liable for project delays or additional costs arising from factors beyond our control, such as late submission of necessary information, changes in project scope, or unforeseen complications.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage our clients to communicate any concerns or disputes directly with us. If direct communication does not work for a resolution, we may put the matter to mediation or arbitration with a mutually agreed-upon neutral party. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which our business is registered. In the event of a legal dispute, the appropriate courts within that state will have jurisdiction over the matter.
